Making A Purchase
Because we are selling all the time in our gallery in Corbridge, Northumberland, we find it easier to take orders over the telephone, then we know we have the items you would like in stock.
If you would like to place an order, just telephone us on 01434 634500 Monday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm and we will be delighted to talk to you.
We accept credit and debit card payments with the exception of American Express and Diners Card, and undertake to keep our postage and packing prices as low as possible.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling costs will be detailed in the shopping cart once you are reading to check out. We aim to keep these costs as low as possible, but unfortunately do not have any control over the Post Office charges!

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order to you as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you within two business days, please then allow for the Post Office's delivery time. International orders are generally received in under seven days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
