Delivery

At Craft Works gallery of Corbridge, we post orders out daily (except Sunday!) and all items are sent out first class.

If the total value of your order is £50 or more, we will send out your order via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Charges

UK Delivery

Orders up to £20:  £2.75 p&p

Orders £20 – £100:  £4.75 p&p

Orders over £100:  £6.75 p&p

Delivery to Europe

Unfortunately we are currently unable to despatch orders outside the UK.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Craft Works gallery of Corbridge within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (major restriction: earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable). Please contact us if in any doubt.

Refunds

We will process refunds as quickly as we can and most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Replacement/Exchange

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour. Please ring us if in any doubt on 01434 634500 or email [email protected].
